These terms apply to the use of the "Driver Portal - T Setu" mobile app and admin panel operated by Shubh Prabhat School Bus Transportation & Management Private Limited ("T Setu", "we").

1. Eligibility

The app is for adults aged 18 or above who wish to register as a school bus driver or attender with T Setu.

2. Registration

• You must give true and complete details and genuine documents. False information may lead to rejection or removal.
• Payment of the registration fee and a complete application do not guarantee approval or employment. Approval is at our sole discretion after verification.

3. Registration fee

A one-time fee of ₹100 is charged for processing and verifying your application. It is paid online through Razorpay. See our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login (mobile number and OTP / password) private.
• Drivers must send the daily meter reading honestly.
• Follow school, transport and traffic rules at all times.

5. Our rights

We may approve, reject, suspend or remove any account, and update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

6. Privacy

How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control or for indirect losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
