Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Driver Portal - T Setu account and the data linked to it at any time. Follow these steps:

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to tsetudeveloper650@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
2. In the email write the mobile number you registered with in the app and your full name.
3. We will confirm that the request is from you (we may call or message the registered mobile number).
4. Your account and data are deleted within 7 working days and we reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, father's name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile number, current location.
• Identity details: Aadhaar number (stored encrypted), PAN, driving licence details.
• All uploaded documents and photos, including meter photos.
• Your login (mobile number and password) and your attender / driver registration.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment record of the registration fee (amount, date, payment reference). We must keep this for accounting and tax law, for up to 8 years. It is not used for anything else.
• Security / audit logs that show an administrator action on your account, kept for up to 1 year.

Delete only some data

You can also ask us to delete only part of your data (for example a document or your Aadhaar number) without deleting the account. Email us with the same details and tell us what to remove.
