Shubh Prabhat School Bus Transportation & Management Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand T Setu, provides the "Driver Portal - T Setu" mobile application (the "App") and its admin panel for the registration and management of school bus drivers and attenders.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

When you register on the App as a driver or an attender, we collect:

• Personal details: full name, father's name, date of birth, gender, address, city, state, pincode, current location, mobile number.
• Identity details: Aadhaar number (optional), PAN number, driving licence number, type and expiry date (drivers).
• Document photos / scans: your photo, Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, police verification, eye test and medical certificates (where you upload them).
• Work information: whether you are currently working, the school or company and location where you work, and your interest (bus / truck / car).
• Daily meter reading (drivers): a photo of the vehicle odometer and the reading, sent by you each evening.
• Payment status: whether your registration fee was paid. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

2. How we use your information

• To verify your identity and eligibility and to process your registration.
• To assign you to a school, vehicle and duty, and to manage the bus fleet (service, age and running of vehicles).
• To contact you about your application, duty or hiring.
• To keep our records and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. How we protect your information

• Your Aadhaar number is encrypted (AES-256) before it is stored.
• Documents and photos are kept in a private, access-controlled cloud storage bucket. Only authorised administrators can view them.
• All data travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Admin access is protected by login credentials and every admin action is logged.
• Odometer photos are automatically deleted after 7 days.

4. Who can see your information

• Authorised administrators of T Setu.
• School and district officers (Principal, District Officer, Joint Director) can see limited details of drivers who are on duty at their school or district. Your mobile number is visible only to our administrators.
• We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Please also read Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

5. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as the law requires afterwards (for example, for audit or legal purposes).

6. Your rights

• You can edit your details in the App at any time.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct it.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data by writing to the email below.

7. Children's privacy

The App is meant for adults aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
