Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the one-time ₹100 registration fee paid on the "Driver Portal - T Setu" app.

When a refund is given

Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same registration, the extra amount is refunded.
Failed or stuck payment: if money was debited but the payment did not complete in the app, it is refunded (or reversed automatically by the bank / Razorpay).

The fee covers the verification of your documents. Once your application is submitted for verification, the fee is non-refundable, including when an application is rejected because of wrong or false information.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

You may stop the registration at any time before paying. After payment, see the rules above.
